We know you'll like our full flavoured vape, but if something does go wrong, please contact us at 2cousinsvapour@gmail.com so we can get right on it. 
If you wish to cancel your order, we might be able to refund you, if you contact us before your item has been dispatched.
If your item arrives damaged, or something about your order is incorrect, please contact 2cousinsvapour@gmail.com
We will replace or refund damaged or incorrect items when we're at fault. We take the utmost care in packaging your items so we can't take responsibility for items damaged by any transit operators.
Our product is hand made with care, however If you are not satisfied with something about your product, we want to hear from you, your feedback is important and we want you to be as happy with our vape as we are.
Any goods being returned for a refund or exchange will be shipped at the expense of the customer.
